RESEARCH

COMPLEXITY SCIENCE

My PhD research is conducted at the University of Texas Health Science Center: School of Health Informatics. This project seeks to develop multi-agent complexity simulations to understand the systemic behavior of emergency care.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Semantic Web

My previous and primary research as a graduate student at The University of Memphis was developing computational knowledge models for sensors and developing a framework leveraging the computational knowledge model to support dynamic discovery and synchronization of senor services to support high-level user constraints..

DATA VISUALIZATION

Biomedical Visualization

The biomedical visualization research involved the development of a finite element analysis defibrillation simulation utilizing interactive geometric and volume rendering visualization techniques.

High-school outreach utilizing data visualization

The data visualization high-school outreach initiative was composed a series of interdisciplinary workshops where a viable application for use in the high-school physics classroom was developed utilizing high-school teachers as the requirements source. Click here for project website.
